We are a large multi-million dollar flooring company with 15 facilities across the state of Texas. We have an internal full service IT Staff in the corporate office in Fort Worth. When a situation came up with our Austin distribution center, we needed knowledgeable staff on site to diagnose and correct the issue. Not only did On Support fit that bill, the technician Clay was able to correct the issue and get a work around in place until a key piece of equipment could be shipped and installed, and all after 5 pm at night! On Support also helped us install the new equipment once it arrived. A+ service was given and I will use them for all my onsite needs in the future for our Austin location.
